Acne and Depression

  • 80% of teens and young adults between the age of 11-30 suffer from acne.1
  • Depression is common in adolescents, with up to a 25% lifetime prevalence by the end of adolescence.2
  • Patients with acne have higher depression scores than patients with other dermatologic diseases.3
